1 Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement governing the use of 567bdt's website and services. By creating an account on our platform or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Definitions

"Platform" refers to 567bdt's website, mobile interface and all associated digital channels.
"User" or "You" refers to any person who is registered on the platform and/or uses its services.
"We" or "567bdt" refers to the entity that operates this platform.
"Real Money Gaming" refers to placing bets or playing casino games using actual money.
"Bonus Funds" refers to any financial benefit granted as part of a promotion.

These Terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, this Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use 567bdt's services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract as a valid individual.
You are using this platform of your own free will and with full awareness, and your judgment is not impaired.
You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.

Important: If anyone opens an account by providing a false age, 567bdt reserves the right to immediately close that account and confiscate all funds.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may open only one single account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and confiscation of funds.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

567bdt may request the following documents at any time for identity verification purposes:

A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement — no older than three months).
Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. In the event of any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted at 567bdt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for all methods). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Once a deposit is complete, the balance is credited to the account instantly.
Keep proof of your deposit in case of any technical issues.
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if a verification process is ongoing.

Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
Once a withdrawal request has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

567bdt reserves the right to conduct additional verification during the withdrawal process as an anti-fraud measure in certain cases.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Only real money bets count toward wagering.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
Bets placed with bonus funds must stay within a defined maximum limit.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer has its own expiry date — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted in the promotion's terms.
567bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be immediately closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, live dealer games and other entertainment games are available on 567bdt. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 567bdt will determine the result based on server records.
All game outcomes are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Sports Betting

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
No bets will be accepted after an official announcement or result has been published in the media.
567bdt reserves the right to void bets related to suspected match-fixing.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games offer the opportunity to play in real time with actual dealers. In the event of a connection issue during these games, the result will be determined based on the last recorded state of the game.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 567bdt:

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.
Providing a false identity or fraudulent documents.
Attempting to withdraw funds through fraudulent means.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the immediate closure of the account, confiscation of all funds, and legal action where applicable.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

567bdt places the highest importance on the privacy of your personal information. Detailed rules on how your information is collected, stored and used are described in our Privacy Policy. The key points are summarized below:

Your information is protected by SSL encryption technology.
Your information is not sold to third parties.
Information may be shared with authorities when required by legal obligation or for fraud investigations.
Even after an account is closed, your information will be retained for a specified period in accordance with applicable law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 567bdt platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other elements — is the exclusive property of 567bdt. Copying, distributing, modifying or using this content in any other way without prior written permission from 567bdt is prohibited.

Game software is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) and their own licensing terms apply.

10 Limitation of Liability

567bdt is not liable for:

Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device issues.
Unauthorized access to an account resulting from user negligence or third-party actions.
Losses arising from unexpected technical errors or cyberattacks.
Financial losses resulting from a user's gaming decisions.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by 567bdt

567bdt may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Failure to provide requested verification documents on time.
False information found in the requested verification details.

11.2 Closure by the User

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. All pending bets and withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed. The Responsible Gaming page also has a self-exclusion option.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

567bdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or clearly announced on the platform.

If you continue using the platform after updated terms are published, it will be considered that you have accepted the new terms. Please review this page regularly.
